Ingredients:

  • 12 Large Mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion; Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Pepper; Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
  • 1 Slice Bread; Toasted and cut into small cubes.
  • ¼ Teaspoon Onion Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

 

Directions:

  • Remove stems from the mushrooms; set aside the caps.  Finely chop stems; measure out ½ cup of the chopped stems.
  • In a skillet, saute mushrooms, onions and green pepper in butter until vegetables are tender and mushroom liquid has evaporated.
  • Add toast cubes, onion salt, garlic salt, pepper and paprika; mix well.  Stuff into mushroom caps.  Place on a greased baking pan of baking sheet.  Bake uncovered, at 425 degrees F for

10 – 15 minutes or until desired.

  • Sprinkle parmesan cheeses on top.
