Ingredients:
- 12 Large Mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Onion; Finely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Green Pepper; Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
- 1 Slice Bread; Toasted and cut into small cubes.
- ¼ Teaspoon Onion Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
- Remove stems from the mushrooms; set aside the caps. Finely chop stems; measure out ½ cup of the chopped stems.
- In a skillet, saute mushrooms, onions and green pepper in butter until vegetables are tender and mushroom liquid has evaporated.
- Add toast cubes, onion salt, garlic salt, pepper and paprika; mix well. Stuff into mushroom caps. Place on a greased baking pan of baking sheet. Bake uncovered, at 425 degrees F for
10 – 15 minutes or until desired.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheeses on top.
