Ingredients:
- 10 Jalapeno Peppers
- 4 Oz. Cream Cheese; softened
- 10 Bacon Strips; halved
Directions:
- Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds, stems, and the center pieces.
- Stuff each half with 2 teaspoons of cream cheese.
- Wrap the peppers with the bacon strips and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the peppers on in the cast iron skillet or baking pan and place in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until the bacon is cooked.
