Ingredients:

  • 10 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 4 Oz. Cream Cheese; softened
  • 10 Bacon Strips; halved

 

Directions:

  • Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds, stems, and the center pieces. 
  • Stuff each half with 2 teaspoons of cream cheese.
  • Wrap the peppers with the bacon strips and secure with a toothpick.
  • Place the peppers on in the cast iron skillet or baking pan and place in the oven.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until the bacon is cooked.
