Items needed: |
- 2 pounds lean ground round
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 3 - 16 ounce cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 – 10 ounce cans rotel diced tomatoes and chilies
- 4 – 16 ounce cans chili beans, undrained
- 1 tablespoon chili powder

Directions:
- Brown ground beef in cast iron skillet, stirring to breaking into small pieces
- Remove meat and drain off excess oil
- Pour meat into pot
- Add all other items and mix well
- Simmer over low heat for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally
- Serve with grated cheddar cheese
- For bolder taster, add 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper chili powder
