- Shrimp
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1 ½ cups cornmeal

Directions:
- Mix cornmeal and eggs
- Place shrimp into this mixture
- Mix flour, seasonings, and cornmeal
- Place shrimp into flour mixture until well coated
- Heat oil to 365 F, and place shrimp in your Bayou Classic pot and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
