Ingredients:

  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • Salt to Taste
  • Black Pepper to Taste
  • Paprika to Taste
  • 1 Quart of Vegetable Oil for Frying

Directions:

  • Pre-heat oil to 375 degrees F
  • Season chicken pieces in salt, pepper, and paprika and roll in flour.
  • Place chicken pieces in hot oil.  Cover, and fry until golden, turning once, 15-20 minutes.  Drain on paper towels.

    • Cast Iron Dutch Oven
    • Aluminum or Stainless Steel Deep Fryers
