Ingredients:
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- Salt to Taste
- Black Pepper to Taste
- Paprika to Taste
- 1 Quart of Vegetable Oil for Frying
Directions:
- Pre-heat oil to 375 degrees F
- Season chicken pieces in salt, pepper, and paprika and roll in flour.
- Place chicken pieces in hot oil. Cover, and fry until golden, turning once, 15-20 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
