Ingredients:

  • 3 LB. Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 ( 1 ounce ) Package Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 Teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper

 

Directions:

  • Pour soy sauce and dry onion soup mix into a baking pan.  Mix well.  Place chuck roast into baking pan, add water until half the roast in covered  then add the pepper. 
  • Cover and cook at 225 degrees for 8 -12 hours, until roast is pulled apart with a fork.
