Items needed: |
- 1 can of pink salmon
- 1 egg
- Plain flour
- “Pinch” of salt and pepper

Directions:
- Beat egg in a bowl with salt, pepper, and salmon
- Add enough flour until it is not wet, but not dry
- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan (1/4 inch)
- Place a large spoonful of the mixture in skillet
- Press flat with a spatula (spray spatula with non-stick spray or coat it with oil)
- Brown each side (may take up to 5 minutes cooking time)
