- Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer Pot
- Prime Rib

Directions:
- Heat enough oil to cover prime rib to 325 F
- Season prime rib with a outside rub, inject-able marinade, or both
- Pierce a hole with a knife long ways all the way through the center of the prime rib
- Insert the Bayou Classic frying rack through the hole
- Slowly lower prime rib into hot oil
Cooking times:
Rare: 2 3/4 minutes per pound
Medium Rare: 3 1/2 minutes per pound
Medium: 4 1/4 minutes per pound
Remove from oil let drain, slice and serve.
