Pork Roast with Garlic:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Boneless Pork Roast
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 4 Sweet Potatoes, Quartered
  • 1 Onion, Quartered
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 ( 14.5 ounce) Can Chicken Broth

 

Directions:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet, season meat with salt and pepper, and brown in the oil.
  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.  Layer the Dutch Oven with the sweet potatoes, onion and garlic.  Place browned roast on top of the vegetables and pour in chicken broth.
  • Cover and place in the oven and cook for 4 to 6 hours.
