Items needed:

  • Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer Pot
  • Pork Loin

 

Directions:

  1. Heat oil to 325 F (enough to cover pork loin)
  2. Season with either an outside rub, inject-able marinade or both
  3. Pierce a hole with a knife long ways all the way through the center of the pork loin
  4. Insert Bayou Classic frying rack all the way through pork loin
  5. Slowly lower the pork loin into hot oil @ 4 minutes per pound
  6. Remove from the oil and let drain
  7. Remove from frying rack, slice and serve
