- Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer Pot
- Pork Loin

Directions:
- Heat oil to 325 F (enough to cover pork loin)
- Season with either an outside rub, inject-able marinade or both
- Pierce a hole with a knife long ways all the way through the center of the pork loin
- Insert Bayou Classic frying rack all the way through pork loin
- Slowly lower the pork loin into hot oil @ 4 minutes per pound
- Remove from the oil and let drain
- Remove from frying rack, slice and serve
