Pork Chops with Caribbean Jerk:

Ingredients:

  • ¾ Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
  • ¾ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
  • 6 Lean Pork Chops; 1 Inch Thick

 

Directions:

  • In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and place pork chops in the bowl for marinating in refrigerator for 1 to 12 hours.
  • Preheat grill for medium heat.
  • Cook pork chops 4 to 6 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
