Items needed: |
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled (90-100)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 cups corn meal
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1 Qt oil for frying

Directions:
- Peel, wash, and drain shrimp
- Pat shrimp with paper towels to dry
- Mix corn meal, salt, and cayenne pepper until blended
- Heat oil in pot to 360 F
- Place mustard and shrimp in a separate bowl and mix
- Dredge shrimp through the dry mixture until coated
- Shake off excess, place in hot oil and fry until golden brown.
