Items needed: |
- 4 pound lean pork roast
- 3 cups of barbecue sauce
- 1 cup of water

Directions:
- Remove all visible fat from roast and discard
- Add roast, water, and 2 cups barbecue sauce to pot
- Over high heat, bring liquid to a boil
- Lower heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until tender and meat is easily removed from bone (190 degrees or more on meat thermometer)
- Slice and serve with remaining barbecue sauce
