Items needed:

  • 1/2 pound shrimp per person
  • 2 ears white corn per person
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage per person
  • 1/2 onion per person
  • 1 bag crab boil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp seafood seasoning per serving

 

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil (size will depend on serving amount)
  2. When water is boiling stir in seafood seasoning
  3. Quarter onions and add; return to boil and cook 10 minutes
  4. Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces and add to pot; return to boil and cook 5 minutes
  5. Add corn; return to boil and cook 5 minutes
  6. Add unshelled shrimp and cook until they are pink
  7. Turn off heat and drain all water
