Ingredients:
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 6 Boneless Pork Chops
Directions:
- In a large resealable bag, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and black pepper. Place pork chops in the bag and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight, turning bag frequently.
- Preheat grill for high heat. Remove pork chops from bag and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until desired doneness.
