Ingredients:

  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops

 

Directions:

  • In a large resealable bag, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and black pepper.  Place pork chops in the bag and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight, turning bag frequently.
  • Preheat grill for high heat.  Remove pork chops from bag and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until desired doneness.
