Items needed: |
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/2 head green cabbage, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 head red cabbage, very thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat
- Add bell pepper and sauté for 1 minute, (optional)
- Add cabbage and toss to coat with butter
- Continue frying and tossing until cabbage has softened and begins to brown
- Stir in salt and pepper (try red pepper for bolder/hotter flavor)
