Items needed:
  • 2 - 8oz. Jars of tartar sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon of Louisiana hot sauce
  • “Pinch” of red pepper 

 

Directions:

  1. Place all items in a bowl
  2. Stir well
  3. Serve with your favorite catfish dish
