- 1 lb. Smoked sausage
- Broken corn on the cob
- New or quartered/peeled potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lb. shrimp

Directions:
- Fill pot 1/2 full with water and add smoked sausage
- Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes
Cut potatoes in half and add garlic cloves
- Boil for another 10 minutes
- Add corn and reduce heat to a slow boil
- Cook another 5-7 minutes
- Add shrimp and cook another 3-4 minutes at a slow boil.
- When using larger stock pots, blue crab can be added along with the corn and cook for 10 minutes; then add shrimp and cook for another 4 minutes.
