Prep Time: 1 Hr.
Cook Time: 35 – 40 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 2 Cups of Broccoli Florets
- ¾ Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 (4oz.) Container Sour Cream
- 1 (8oz.) Package of Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl combine: Broccoli florets, chopped pecans, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice each chicken breast until you can take the top of the breast and lay it over, leaving just enough to where the breast is not cut into two complete halves.
- Once you have each chicken breast cut, take 2 oz of cream cheese (per chicken breast) and spread it thoroughly across the sliced breast. Then spoon the broccoli filling on top of the cream cheese.
- Next roll the chicken breast and place toothpicks in the chicken to hold the roll.
- Place the rolled chicken breast into a bowl and sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and season-all salt over the rolls. Let sit in the sauce for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- Get the grill set at 350 – 375 degrees and place the rolled chicken breast on the grill turning frequently for 35 – 45 minutes or until chicken is done all the way through.
