Prep Time: 60 Minutes
Cook Time: 10-15 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 Bottle Crab Boil
- 1 Bag Crawfish Seasoning
- Corn on the Cob; Pending on how many people.
- 12 Lb. Bag Red Potatoes
Directions:
- Fill large stockpot ¾ the way full with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling add crab boil and seasonings, stir and bring back to boil.
- While waiting on the water to boil, place live crawfish in a cooler with fresh water and begin to rinse the crawfish. Remove any dead crawfish.
- Place crawfish in the boiling water with the vegetables. Cook for 5 -10 minutes or until crawfish are done to taste. Vegetables will take a little longer to cook, once they are tender take them out and place with the cooked crawfish in order to keep steaming the seasons into the vegetables and crawfish.
Equipment Use:
100 Qt. Stockpot; depending on how much crawfish is being cooked.
