Prep Time:        20 Minutes
Cook Time:      4-6 Hours

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Racks Beef Ribs
  • Marinade or Rub of Choice

 

Directions:

  • Clean and remove the membrane from the back side of the ribs.  If using marinade or rub accordingly.  Place in smoker at 225 degrees F, and cook for 4 to 6 hours.
